Knowledge Management Specialist

Description

• Research and source content for company-wide use
• Develop and maintain a knowledge management framework for storing and sharing company information
• Maintain a centralized library of company materials across departments to ensure consistent information sharing
• Write, edit, and publish knowledge-base content in clear, accessible formats
• Support colleagues in accessing and using the knowledge base effectively
• Coordinate with department leaders to update and archive obsolete content
• Participate in meetings and assist with other assigned projects as needed
• Work closely with IT to maintain electronic record systems that are user-friendly and secure
• Create and update processes for cataloging, tagging, and organizing documents, playbooks, and best practices
• Communicate new or updated content to department managers
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate, relevant, and accessible

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in records, information, or knowledge management
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Caring ownership and leadership with clear communication
• Experience developing or maintaining searchable databases or knowledge systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
