Overseeing PPM scheduling, shift rotas, out-of-hours cover and time management for your direct reports.
Monitoring KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and escalating issues where required.
Supporting audits, lifecycle planning, cost-base reviews, stock management and small works quotations.
Ensuring asset information, logbooks and CAFM records are accurate, up to date and aligned to contractual requirements.
Managing, developing and supporting engineers to deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance safely and effectively.
You understand industry standards (HTMs, SFG20) and can ensure safe, compliant delivery.
