The Mechanical Repair Technician role in the Service Center operates under high supervision with limited authority over daily functional operations. The position directly impacts sold working hours and customer satisfaction by delivering repair services in line with the company's mission, vision, values and standard operating procedures.
Key duties include performing customer‑requested repairs under the Chief Technician’s supervision, conducting preliminary vehicle inspections, resolving high‑technical problems with team leaders, and executing after‑sales maintenance according to company policies. The role also involves accurate data entry using computerized time sheets, staying informed on technical bulletins, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a safe, clean workplace following 5S and TMC standards.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, one year of service experience, and preferably a Toyota Technician or G4 certification. Required skills include effective communication, time management, active learning, stress tolerance, and fluency in English and Arabic.
