Preparing mechanical services designs and associated drawings for projects to be designed and delivered in-house
Delivering M&E services; normal duties design, preparation of performance specs, site inspections of works in progress, site surveys/condition reports etc.
Supporting the local MEP Lead in preparing fee proposals and sub-consultant appointment documents, tracking projects from inception to completion
Preparing design calculations including those relating to ‘Energy Efficiency’ and building integration

Previous experience within a consultancy or similar environment.
Degree educated in Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering or similar.

Broad design experience but particularly in decarbonisation schemes.
