Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive IFM strategies aligned with organizational objectives, managing a diverse range of facilities from retail branches to large office campuses, and leading a large, geographically distributed team of facilities and technical professionals. The role serves as the single point of accountability to the client, overseeing profit and loss, financial management, staff planning, talent management, vendor strategies, and representing India in regional initiatives.
Operational duties involve day‑to‑day facilities management—including maintenance, security, cleaning and support services—standardizing best practices, monitoring KPIs, integrating generative AI and smart‑building solutions, and leveraging data analytics for predictive maintenance. The leader will also drive sustainability initiatives, enhance user experience through feedback systems, establish robust data‑driven reporting, manage vendor relationships, control the IFM budget, and ensure compliance with legal, client audit and JLL internal audit standards.
We are seeking an exceptional Facilities Management leader to oversee our extensive Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across India, covering 400‑500 retail branches and around 15 major offices. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with hands‑on expertise, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies, data analytics and sustainable practices to drive operational excellence and enhance user experiences across all facilities.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, and a minimum of 10‑15 years of facilities management experience with at least 3‑5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing geographically dispersed portfolios. Candidates must have proven experience managing retail and office facilities, strong knowledge of emerging IFM technologies such as AI, IoT and data analytics, a track record of implementing sustainable practices, and excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, especially within the Indian real‑estate market.
