- Conduct routine servicing, testing, and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Independently identify root causes of system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams, piping layouts, and control systems.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and Singapore's safety regulations.
- Prepare service reports and update job records accurately and promptly.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Work with other technicians and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Liaise with clients professionally to explain problems, solutions, and maintenance tips.

- Certification in Refrigerant Handling / Air-Conditioning Maintenance is an added advantage.
- Competency in at least spoken Chinese is required, as we have to liaise with counterparts in China that are non-English speaking.
- Minimum Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing commercial air conditioning systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and refrigeration cycle is essential.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 6pm
