Support marketing analytics efforts by helping track campaign performance and compile reporting materials
Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring design files are up-to-date, version-controlled, and easily accessible
Monitor design trends and social media visual styles to keep EDA's creative content fresh and relevant
Assist in creating visual assets for external-facing marketing initiatives, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and website content
Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and cross-functional project workflows
Design and publish visual content for EDA's intranet and external website in alignment with brand guidelines
Contribute to the development of visual concepts for marketing campaigns and brand strategy proposals
Support the planning and design of materials for marketing and culture events (e.g. signage, presentations, giveaways)
Support the creation of compelling visuals for media pitches and earned media opportunities
Visit and photograph EDA jobsites, editing and preparing images for use across internal and external platforms
Participate in marketing strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand how design fits into broader business objectives
Assist the communications and marketing teams with content development, campaign coordination, and project management tasks

Student pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, marketing, or a related field
Strong visual communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to multitask, take initiative on creative projects, solve problems, and communicate updates to key stakeholders
Must be able to collaborate effectively in a team environment with a multi-disciplinary group
Willing to take on varied responsibilities across the marketing function and curiosity about different aspects of the field
