REPAIR SITE COORDINATOR
Habitat For Humanity Seattle-King County
Volunteer-driven nonprofit builds and repairs affordable homes for low-income families in King County
Coordinate residential repair projects, manage tools, volunteers, and homeowner communication.
While a project is in process, assist in communication with homeowner as needed.
Participate in weekly safety meetings and monthly team/department/affiliate meetings.
Participate and assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Ensure appropriate materials and tools are mobilized to site safely and stored in a secure manner.
Take direction and instruction from Repair Site Managers to better understand construction principles and performance guidelines while keeping projects on track.
Under supervision and guidance of Associate Director Repairs (ADR) and Repair Site Manager (RSM), assist on projects with attention to detail, safety, and respect.
Maintain vehicles and tools with utmost detail and regard.
As a representative of Habitat in the community, engage respectfully with neighbors, promoting and creating awareness of the program to potential partner families, donors, and advocates.
Work with AmeriCorps members, homeowners, and volunteers on repairs and tasks as needed.
Track and submit expenses in a timely and accurate manner, according to required processes.
