Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
Performs minor repairs.
Convoys tools, equipment and parts to the work area.
Measures, cuts and bends wire and conduit, using a ruler and hand tools.
May disassemble defective equipment, replace worn or defective parts and reassemble equipment.
Drills holes for wiring, using power drill and pulls or pushes wiring through opening.
Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor, including, but not limited to lifting 25+ lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in the heat.
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman or Safety personnel.
Shovel bituminous concrete (asphalt) or other material into the construction area.
Assists in lifting, positioning or fastening objects.
Gathers tools and supplies to be used at the work site according to the instructions.
Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
