Substantial CEQA & NEPA experience with Southern California water agencies, such as the City and County of San Diego and/or Los Angeles, southern California Water Agencies/Districts, such as MWD, SDCWA, and/or OCSD, State water agencies such as the State Water Resources Control Board or Department of Water Resources, and Federal water agencies, such as the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation or U. S. Army Corps of Engineers
