- Minimum of 8 years of work experience. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the utility industry related engineering, data applications, and GIS
- Ability to design project execution plans leveraging SME input and then lead the execution of the established project plan using a variety of team skill levels
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to non-technical and technical audiences
- IT and or Agile project management experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Technology, Computer science or a related field from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with engineering teams and an understanding of the use cases and utility technology system drivers
- Ability to build relationships with clients and staff members
