We are seeking an Construction Manager with MEP experience to support the delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works across our workplace and commercial interior projects. This role focuses on site coordination, quality control, and ensuring MEP installations meet design intent, timelines, and safety standards.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skill
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
Ability to interpret drawings/BIM models; Revit experience is a plus
5–8 years of experience in MEP construction, ideally in interior fit-out or design–build
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems
