The Knowledge Management Program Lead will champion best practices, engage technology leaders, and oversee the Book of Knowledge, design guides, and Technical Communities of Practice. The role also partners with the Technical Information Center to ensure robust tools and processes for authoring, organizing, and consuming knowledge.
A core part of the job is driving AI integration, piloting and scaling AI‑enabled lookup assistants for engineering specifications, defining requirements with AI and engineering teams, and promoting best practices in AI‑driven KM. The incumbent will also develop training materials, capture critical knowledge, and conduct knowledge‑capture interviews.
Support for technical communities includes facilitating engagements, integrating knowledge archives into engineering decision‑making, and applying Lean and data‑driven process improvements. The position requires strong analytical, decision‑making, communication, and project‑management skills, as well as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information management, or a related field and extensive KM or digital transformation experience.
Preferred candidates hold advanced degrees or certifications in knowledge management and have proven experience leading KM and AI initiatives. The role is full‑time onsite in Mossville, IL, with up to 10 % travel, and offers a salary range of $128,470‑$192,710 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
