Collaborate with resource coordinators to manage project resources and contribute to recruitment and training initiatives
Perform process modelling and simulation to support design and operational enhancements

Develop and review process designs, including block flow diagrams, P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment sizing

Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth and team development
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Analyse operational data to identify optimisation opportunities and improve treatment performance

Strong understanding of conventional and emerging treatment technologies
Proven experience in municipal water and/or wastewater treatment
