Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Assist with basic fleet upkeep and service coordination
Coordinate with field and office teams for project needs
Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to job sites
Organize, label, and stage materials and tools for crews
Manage daily shipping and receiving of HVAC, piping, and mechanical materials
Track inventory (fittings, copper, refrigerant, tools, ladders, etc.) and maintain accurate records

Clean driving record & background check
Team player who can work independently and solve problems on the fly
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate a forklift (or willing to become certified)
Warehouse, HVAC, or mechanical parts knowledge strongly preferred
Valid CT driver’s license; DOT medical card preferred
Strong organization, reliability, and communication skills
Communicate effectively with team using phone, email, and basic computer skills
