Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment, including paper machine, pulp processing units, and conveyor systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to motors, drives (VFDs), control systems, lighting, wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of all electrical work performed.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Install and program PLCs, HMIs, and related automation systems as needed.
Adhere to 5S workplace organization standards.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls and assist with on-call duties when required.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and electrical codes and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects.

Experience with paper machine electrical systems, motor controls, and high-voltage equipment is strongly preferred.
Level 3 NVQ Diploma
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a pulp or paper mill or similar heavy manufacturing environment
Completion of an approved electrician apprenticeship program or technical school preferred.
