Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor- Energy & Natural Resources

• Administer a variety of contracts in line with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
• Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
• Manage contract change effectively while maintaining governance and best practice
• Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy

Requirements

Owing to continued demand and ambitious growth plans, Turner & Townsend is recruiting Cost Managers with proven experience in the Power sector, including distribution, transmission, renewables or other technologies. As a Cost Manager you will work with high‑profile clients, develop consultancy skills and diversify sector experience, while receiving support to progress personally and professionally. We support hybrid working and a forward‑thinking approach; part‑time applications are also considered.

• Suitably qualified and experienced at Cost Management level
• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• Hold or be working towards appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
• Experience with Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
