- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and travel as required
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Certification in forklift and crane operation as well as welding techniques

- Strong ability to plan workflow and hours worked
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing as well as pre-employment physical and background check
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently and with minimal direction
