- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including the establishment of database parameters for software like MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, engineering, and quality control teams to meet customer and production requirements.
- Monitor and measure supplier performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of material movement,
- Supervise and provide guidance to materials handling staff.
- Assist with training personnel on procedures and systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Act as a liaison to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory movement, usage, and location within the warehouse.
- o Compile and retrieve data for reports on inventory, purchases, and other materials activities.
- Support cost reduction initiatives to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Assist in managing material flow within the warehouse and optimizing warehouse layout.
- Assist in initiating purchase orders to ensure materials are available.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including scanning, labeling, and loading.
- Work in changing temperature environment (hot or cold)
- Coordinate inbound receipts and outbound shipments.
- Identify and implement improvements to materials management processes.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and maintain defined inventory levels.

- 5-7 years Procurement & Data/Reports Management
- 3 years Continuous Improvement experience
- Able to work with PPE requirements
- High School Diploma/ Associates Degree
- 3-10 years broad manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years Inventory Management Experience in Receiving & Shipping
