The Leasing Associate is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. The role includes signing leases and acting as a landlord on behalf of property owners.
Candidates need an Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑management software. A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical requirements include extended desk work, occasional stair climbing, reading documents and screens, hearing verbal communications, and occasional lifting of items up to 20 lb. The work environment is primarily an open‑office setting with occasional outdoor exposure, bright lights, and background noise. Employment is contingent on a successful background check and a valid driver’s license.
