  • Sustain IMS accuracy and relevance through continuous updates, active monitoring, and structured feedback loops.
  • Centralize and manage operational capabilities through SharePoint, supporting Battle Rhythm, IMS, and Knowledge Management functions, while executing daily oversight of inputs, outputs, and schedule synchronization.
  • Support and refine implementation through staff training, ongoing assessments, feedback incorporation, and recommendations based on evolving mission needs.
  • Facilitate continuous learning and improvement through after-action reviews and lessons-learned capture processes.
  • Operationalize the OP Model framework by translating conceptual elements into actionable processes, tools, and governance mechanisms across DASA DEC functions.
  • Establish and manage decision and event governance by chartering processes using PICMOO and the 7-Minute Drill, coordinating changes, and implementing change-control procedures.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and continuity by mapping dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to decision cycles, and syncing with enterprise task trackers and external schedules.
  • Support leadership engagement and model sustainment by delivering regular reports and briefs, implementing the OP Model roadmap, and refining processes based on feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Develop and maintain organizational structures including taxonomies, repositories, collaborative sites, and standards for information sharing, records management, and decision documentation.
  • Maintain and update core operational products including Decision Process Charters, Event Charters (7-Minute Drills), Information Flow Diagrams, Staff Matrices, and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) synchronized with the Battle Rhythm.
  • Implement and uphold knowledge management practices that support discoverability, accessibility, and reuse of decision products across DASA DEC.
  • Develop and maintain operational support tools including Information Flow Diagrams, Staff Matrices, and SharePoint repositories, while assessing current rhythms and recommending improvements to leadership.
  • Integrate and synchronize battle rhythm activities with external HQDA/ASAE requirements, ensuring alignment through ongoing product management and collaboration with senior leader executive officers.
  • Integrate key planning systems such as the Battle Rhythm and IMS into the OP Model to ensure cohesive execution and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that sequences inputs, outputs, and decisions derived from the Battle Rhythm.

  • Proven experience in Battle Rhythm and IMS development within Army/DoD organizations.
  • Knowledge of Army/Joint decision cycles and staff processes.
  • Experience with process mapping, event charters, and decision support products.
  • Strong background in Knowledge Management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with senior leaders and staff.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Master’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 20 years of directly related experience
  • Familiarity with Army Vantage, Power BI, and enterprise task management systems preferred.
