- Conduct IMS audits aligned with ISO and internal requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams
- Prepare for external audits across multiple offices
- Create and manage controlled documents and version control
- Maintain ISO-related data in Excel
- Act as a contact for insurance queries, claims, and liaise with UK IMS Head and insurers/brokers
- Provide administrative support to the Global Chief Quality & Risk Officer (UK) and GM Business Systems and IMS (Sydney)
- Plan and coordinate peer review audits with IMS representatives and Regional General Managers
- Coordinate corrective actions and implement system improvements including developing and updating policies and procedures as required.
- Assist with managing and maintaining ISO standards across Australia and New Zealand

- Prior experience working with ISO standards is preferred but not essential.
