  • Conduct IMS audits aligned with ISO and internal requirements
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams
  • Prepare for external audits across multiple offices
  • Create and manage controlled documents and version control
  • Maintain ISO-related data in Excel
  • Act as a contact for insurance queries, claims, and liaise with UK IMS Head and insurers/brokers
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Chief Quality & Risk Officer (UK) and GM Business Systems and IMS (Sydney)
  • Plan and coordinate peer review audits with IMS representatives and Regional General Managers
  • Coordinate corrective actions and implement system improvements including developing and updating policies and procedures as required.
  • Assist with managing and maintaining ISO standards across Australia and New Zealand
