Project Architect

Description

• Serve as a client-facing architect, supporting design presentations and client decision-making
• Lead architectural design and documentation through all project phases — from schematic design and design development to construction documentation and administration
• Contribute to design decisions and client interactions in a hands-on role
• Produce accurate, well-coordinated drawings and technical deliverables using AutoCAD
• Engage with projects that span markets and typologies with reach nationwide
• Help manage project schedules, deliverables, and quality control
• Conduct site visits and support on-site coordination as required
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to maintain design quality and project momentum

Requirements

• Have excellent communication and client-interaction skills
• Are comfortable owning work across all stages of the architectural process
• Thrive in a small team environment where initiative and collaboration are essential
• Bring experience with high-end residential projects; commercial experience is a plus
• Are proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical documentation skills
