Take an active role in ensuring a level of customer satisfaction that is above and beyond customer expectations.
Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files.
Displays team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, on-call rotation and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
Assist, when needed, in the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects. Previous experience a plus.
On a rotational basis, be available to work weekends and evenings for the emergency service needs of our customers.

Ability to frequently lift 30lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs.
Must be able to pass a DFW Airport background check and obtain DFW Airport badge clearance.
Service a wide range of equipment using various troubleshooting techniques for all sizes of commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and/or VRF systems. Experience with Stultz and Liebert units a plus.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Must have a good driving record and possess a valid driver's license and EPA license.
