1099 Bath Installer

Description

The Installer will work as an independent contractor, performing installations of remodeling products, applying finish work, and ensuring each job meets Mad City’s standards. After each installation the installer will confirm customer satisfaction with management, finalize payments, and walk the homeowner through a completion checklist, always treating the property and its occupants with respect.

• Install home remodeling products per Mad City standards
• Apply finish work as required for each application
• Communicate with management to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner upon completion
• Treat homeowners and their property with respect

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens
• Own established LLC or business with workers' comp and liability insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
