As a Concierge you will respond promptly to guest and resident inquiries, coordinate services such as reservations and transportation, and maintain professional, courteous interactions. You will keep abreast of local attractions to provide recommendations, manage access control for safety, record service requests in the PMS system, and work closely with security and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Assist and communicate with guests, residents, and team members to coordinate services and resolve issues
- Manage and fulfill requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Stay informed about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and points of interest to provide recommendations
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or residents promptly and efficiently
- Monitor and control access to the premises (access doors), helping ensure safety and security
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of guest interactions and service requests using the property PMS system
- Prepare and distribute relevant information to guests, residents, and team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about property services and updates

The ideal candidate brings high energy, a positive attitude, and at least two years of concierge experience or equivalent hospitality training. Strong customer‑service focus, excellent communication, knowledge of the local area, creative and organizational skills, and solid computer proficiency are required, along with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions
- High energy and positive attitude to contribute to a team atmosphere
- 2+ years experience as a Concierge or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with professional image
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including reading, writing, and oral communication
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Initiative, self‑motivation, collaborative and team‑oriented mindset
- Solid computer skills; MS Office Suite, Teams, Word, Excel, and HRIS experience
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and credit check, pre‑employment drug screening, and employment verification
