Prepare quarterly fund level financial reports — including all schedules, analysis of balance sheet, property market values fund level income, capital variance analysis as well as key leasing statistics
Work with 3rd party property managers to ensure monthly deadlines for data feeds and reporting adheres to established reporting standards
Process invoices, bank deposits, prepare bank transfers and entries
Assist with the budgeting process including review property budget submission for reasonability and accuracy, including validating and inputting 3rd party managed property budgets
Maintain corporate ledgers - balance sheet reconciliations and monthly accruals
Process monthly / quarterly distributions to clients
Calculate quarterly true-up adjustment for Asset Management Fee
Prepare monthly fund and property level financial reports - property income summary with variance analysis of income and expenses, accounts receivable summary with explanation of material arrears, review of property balance sheet for backup and reasonability, accumulation of leasing schedules / expiry reports, intercompany reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation

Analytical Skills – Quick learner with strong analytic and problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail; filtering information based on priority, relevance & other critical factors.
Education – Working towards or completed a recognized accounting designation (CPA) and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce is an asset.
