Tertiary qualifications in building, engineering, project management, architecture, property development, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in project or development management, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
Demonstrated commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, feasibility preparation, and assessing acquisition opportunities.
Proven ability to work with councils and government agencies, with solid understanding of planning frameworks and approval pathways.
Strong knowledge of construction procurement, contracts, building processes, regulations, and quality standards for mixed-use developments.
