  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally on an as-needed basis
  • A problem-solver who enjoys complex staffing challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently, balancing competing hiring priorities
