What you would be doing

- Prepare generators for deployment, including check-out procedures and outfitting with correct cables.
- Diagnose and repair components including alternators, engines, transfer switches, switchgear, load banks, and control systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support technical assistance and emergency dispatch needs.
- Conduct weekly rental checks to ensure units are rental-ready.
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs both locally and nationally.
- Perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on rental generators (8.5kW – 2,500kW) across Kinsley's service territory.

- Valid state driver’s license.
- Experience with power generation equipment (8.5kW – 2,500kW).
- DOT medical card or ability to obtain one (required for towing).
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
