Extensive, detailed knowledge of power system analysis and direct involvement and delivery of detailed power systems studies in software packages, such as PowerFactory, PSS/E, IPSA, ETAP, PSCAD, EMTP-ATP, and CDEGS.
Bespoke dynamic model development in PowerFactory and PSS/E for inverter-connected generation as well as conventional AVR and governor modelling.
Demonstrable experience of providing power system consultancy services for T&D network operators, developers, EPCs and ICPs.
Extensive experience of performing dynamic grid connection studies to meet the requirements of Engineering Recommendation G99 and international Grid Codes.
Excellent written and verbal communications with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Working knowledge of power system protection settings and coordination.
Experience in performing insulation co-ordination studies.
Extensive experience of performing power quality assessment studies, including Engineering Recommendation G5/5, P28, and P29
Capability in DPL, Python, or other modelling languages.
Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or related field and 7 years of experience.
