Description

• Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards
• Tint pails of stucco and perform color matching for samples
• Practice servant leadership by putting the needs of others first and valuing diverse perspectives
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations
• Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service
• Champion an inclusive working environment and empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace
• Load and unload trucks as necessary
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling accurate materials, and placing them in appropriate areas for customer pickup or delivery

• Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time
• Lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear required protective gear and steel-toed boots
• One to three years of related experience or more preferred
• Ability to lead, execute, and/or delegate tasks as needed
• Ability to quickly communicate solutions when problems occur
• Wear required protective gear and steel-toed boots
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
• Frequent movement throughout the warehouse
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
