Power Platform Developer

Description

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Create custom Canvas and model‑driven Power Apps for internal processes and mobile workforce.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimise existing Power Platform solutions, including the Centre of Excellence.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide training, guidance, and documentation to promote adoption of Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to governance, security, and compliance standards for Power Platform usage.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools – including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. In this role, you will streamline internal business processes, enhance automation, and deliver actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment, integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems, while ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.

• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification (PL‑900) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, CoPilot, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, transformational environment.
