The Residential Marketing Director is responsible for developing and leading the residential marketing strategy at RSG. The role focuses on creating luxury residential propositions and campaigns for all RSG Residential projects and assets, ensuring precision and creative excellence across every touchpoint.
In a leadership capacity, the director drives the creation and execution of local, GCC, and international marketing strategies to generate buyer interest, leads, and sales. They manage agency relationships, collaborate closely with corporate and destination marketing teams, and produce compelling luxury digital and offline materials for the sales team.
The position also oversees the production and approval of marketing collateral with operator brands, orchestrates launch events, exhibitions, and activations aimed at UHNW and HNW audiences, and shapes premium residential show‑suite experiences. Working with digital, media, PR, and social media agencies, the director optimizes RSG’s luxury residential presence across all platforms and executes paid campaigns to drive conversion.
The director establishes brand partnerships with luxury peers, defines KPIs to measure effectiveness, and informs future investment decisions. They also develop product, channel, and customer strategies for current and future residential assets while managing the residential marketing budget in partnership with senior leadership.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management and possess at least six years of luxury residential development marketing experience on an international scale. A deep understanding of UHNW/HNW real‑estate requirements and the KSA/GCC luxury residential market is essential, along with excellent English communication, strategic thinking, project management, and strong team‑leadership abilities.
