Capture system ownership, purpose, dependencies, integrations, and lifecycle status.
Contribute to the development of system lifecycle management processes.

10+ years in IT systems analysis, business analysis, or IT support roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) is a plus.
Proficiency in creating system documentation, diagrams, and workflows.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with EA or IT portfolio management tools and diagramming tools
