Must be able to work as a team, interact with others in a professional/pleasant manner and exercise problem-solving skills.
3 or more years’ experience in affordable housing with recertification responsibilities
Is proficient in all aspects of the HUD 4350.3 Handbook and attend training, as needed to maintain a current understanding of revisions in these regulations.
