Track, manage, and process annual prequalification applications to maintain compliance with public and private clients.
Develop, edit, and maintain technical staff resumes and bios using SGH Style Guide standards; design layouts in Word and InDesign; and collaborate with Marketing to tailor resumes for specific pursuits.
Generate and distribute project leads, using an understanding of SGH services and markets to maximize results.
Support Marketing team with various administrative and data collection tasks.
Help administer the SGH company store.
Collaborate with members of the Marketing team and technical staff to write technical and promotional content, including but not limited to project profiles, technical articles, social media posts, and website content; follow appropriate processes and document approvals.
Collect, input, and maintain information in Deltek Vision database and shared folders.
Support proposal efforts by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to writing, editing, and proofreading content; conducting research; and formatting documents using Adobe InDesign.
