Provider of UK housing repairs, maintenance, care services, development and facilities management
Proactive and dynamic Lettings & Procurement Manager required to develop and lead the sales strategy for private rental sector operations, manage sales team, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with standards.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as required
Deliver constructive feedback and coaching to support individual and team development
Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and high performance
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction within the private rental sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders
Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Develop and implement a strategic sales approach aligned with contractual obligations and business goals
Monitor team performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating success
Provide effective line management to a team of office-based and remote Property Advisors
Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the lettings and procurement process
Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and commercial best practices
Conduct regular performance appraisals, set clear objectives, and ensure accountability across the team
