Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations, Macs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, remote tools and Windows File Permissions.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit, university or college.
Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level
Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
A track record of commitment to prior employers
Experience supporting laptop/mobile devices such as Dell/ Surface Books, Macs, iPads, iPhones, etc.
2+ years of experience in corporate IT or Service Desk role
