Recruiting, growing, mentoring, and developing the staff within Asset Management to grow the group and allow each person to achieve their maximum potential.
Providing both technical and project management guidance/leadership for Asset Management.
Primary contact for Asset Management for both internal and external clients.
Establishing/improving standards, workflow, and processes for Asset Management.
Identify of PM for projects directly managed by your group on both external and internal projects.
Notification to other Project/Client Managers your group is supporting if established project schedule cannot be met. Notify in enough time to appropriately handle the situation, preferably at the latest 2 weeks prior.
Organizing your staff in a way to allow career advancement, professional development, quality client service, and operational efficiencies to meet business and project financial goals.
Provide general updates of projects (just informally where we are in the process, quick tasks to complete, percentage complete currently, etc.)
Identify staff performing the project, along with a senior staff member if required.
Develop proposals for Asset Management projects including coordinating with others you need support from such as Technical Design Discipline Managers.
Adherence to project budgets. Review and provide updates on project budgets at milestone dates. Reviewing budgets weekly.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience involving Asset Management on various MEP systems including experience in staff/project management.
Attention to project scope to identify potential additional services.
Good conceptual understanding of plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems with general knowledge of system operation, space requirements, cost.
