- Partner with the Finance Director and leadership team to deliver financial insights that drive business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyse monthly and quarterly results, explaining variances and recommending actions to achieve EBITA targets.
- Support investment and cost-saving initiatives through robust financial modelling and business analysis.

- Technically proficient, with advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP and BI systems.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, experienced in partnering with non-finance teams to drive performance.
- Influential communicator and change leader, adaptable, collaborative, and skilled in stakeholder management across international settings.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 3+ years PQE.
- Hybrid working.
