

Develops Fortnite, Unreal Engine, Epic Games Store and game‑engine tools powering gaming and entertainment.
Key responsibilities include working directly with multiple game discipline producers, leads, and directors to drive high‑velocity development cycles; supporting internal teams with tools, features, and content for UEFN developers; engaging IP holders and aligning business, product, and technical teams; collaborating across Epic to manage dependencies and delivery targets; organizing marketing, legal, trust & safety, and publishing processes; communicating proactively with producers and product managers; and learning publishing workflows for UEFN experiences.
What we’re looking for – Experience in production roles managing game development teams through planning, creation, and delivery of high‑quality experiences; ability to operate at strategic and day‑to‑day levels; comfort with ambiguity and high‑pressure scenarios; strong partnership‑building across large organizations; negotiation skills; a team‑first mindset; background spanning development, publishing, and partner relations; exceptional organization and communication in a fast‑paced environment.
The role is open to multiple locations across North America and Europe (including Canada).
