We are hiring a Moves & Change Manager on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the strategic relocation of our global headquarters and oversee ongoing move and change initiatives. The role ensures seamless transitions, minimal business disruption, effective vendor management and cost‑effective execution across all relocation phases.
Key duties include strategic planning and execution of the headquarters transition, end‑to‑end project management, asset audits, floor decommissioning, coordination of physical moves, vendor procurement, space‑planning collaboration, and communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have 3‑5 years of facilities or project‑management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project‑management software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCad is a plus.
