Frequently walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions.
Ensures floor finishes meet project requirements consistent with FF/FL terminology.
Monitor all personnel to ensure safety and PPE requirements
Patching and repairing of concrete work, concrete restoration and concrete joint treatments
Know the abbreviated and common construction terms for the equipment and materials used
Ensures proper maintenance of place/finish equipment and tools.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all tools and equipment required

High School or equivalent or two (2) current years’ experience
Proficient in the use of the tools/equipment – at the time of the place-finishing sequence including:
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
Applications of floor toppings.
Must have experience finishing slabs, and stairs
3 recent years’ as a Concrete Finisher
Must be willing to work nights and weekends, when necessary
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor under adverse field conditions
