  • Walk-behind trowels and double riders.
  • Frequently lifts and/or moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally objects weighing more than 50 pounds

  • Ensures floor finishes meet project requirements consistent with FF/FL terminology.
  • Monitor all personnel to ensure safety and PPE requirements
  • Patching and repairing of concrete work, concrete restoration and concrete joint treatments
  • Know the abbreviated and common construction terms for the equipment and materials used
  • Ensures proper maintenance of place/finish equipment and tools.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all tools and equipment required

  • Must know how to finish concrete efficiently, safe and productive
  • Active Driver license
  • High School or equivalent or two (2) current years’ experience
  • Proficient in the use of the tools/equipment – at the time of the place-finishing sequence including:
  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
  • Applications of floor toppings.
  • Must have experience finishing slabs, and stairs
  • 3 recent years’ as a Concrete Finisher
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends, when necessary
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor under adverse field conditions
