The role works first shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SAP or other warehouse management systems to maintain real‑time inventory visibility.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced shipping environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP or another Warehouse Management System.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, transfer orders, ASN’s) and problem‑solving for inventory discrepancies.
- Work in varying warehouse conditions (hot, cold, noisy).
- Reach, talk, hear; occasionally walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Required vision: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
