Finance Administrator

Description

This is a key role supporting both the commercial and site teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial documentation related to ongoing construction activities.

• System Use: Operate within the Connect system (training provided), ensuring all entries are correctly logged and tracked.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Manager and wider team, receiving mentorship and support to settle into the role effectively.
• Costing & Processing Delivery Tickets: Manage a high volume of delivery tickets, ensuring accurate costing and alignment with project budgets.
• Invoice Management: Process and reconcile invoices related to site deliveries and services, maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general site administration tasks as required, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on-site at Meridian Water.

• Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation.
• Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment rather than a traditional office.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
