Simulate and model wind or hybrid power plants, including WTG, PV, and storage.
Study grid interconnection requirements and applicable grid codes.
Analyze site‑specific grid interconnection solutions.
Design or review balance‑of‑plant (BoP) designs for wind power plants.
Lead a team of engineers in specialized areas such as harmonic analysis, weak‑grid assessment, system impact, BoP optimization, or SSCI.
Develop tools, methods, and processes for power‑system analysis studies.
Present findings and meet with grid operators or customers to address project needs.
Coordinate closely with regional technical sales support teams.
Produce comprehensive project reports.

Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Power Systems or a related engineering field.
Minimum eight years of power‑system industry experience, including at least two years in renewable grid interconnection.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
Proficient with simulation tools such as PSS/E, PowerFactory, PSCAD, or ETAP.
Expertise in substation design and power‑system analysis (load flow, short‑circuit, transient, harmonic, relay settings).
Solid electrical engineering background covering BoP and grid studies.
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
