Step into a key leadership role at King of the Hills as a Production Supervisor, where you will be the frontline leader driving safe, efficient, and high‑performing production operations. You will guide a dedicated team, uphold Macmahon’s safety‑first culture, and ensure daily targets and operational standards are consistently achieved.
In this role you will coordinate and optimise production activities across the site, monitoring the performance and efficiency of Dozer, Drill, and Load & Haul operations. You will maintain short‑interval control boards, provide timely feedback to crews, and collaborate with maintenance supervisors to resolve breakdowns and equipment damage, ensuring equipment operates at peak productivity while supporting continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate holds certifications RIIRIS402D and BSBWHS411, and has proven experience supervising Dozer, Drill, and Load & Haul teams in a mining environment. A strong focus on safety, solid understanding of short‑interval control, and the ability to coach crews are essential, as is a collaborative mindset with maintenance teams and a results‑driven passion for team development and continuous improvement.
