Description
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement events
- Support senior HR team members in various initiatives
- Support orientation sessions for new hires
- Ensure completion of employee documentation (forms, IDs, etc.)
- Help prepare onboarding materials (welcome kits, documentation)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media
- Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheets or HR software
