Install, test, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and security systems.
Ensure installations meet Kastle procedures and quality standards, completing on schedule.
Identify and report potential project barriers such as construction delays or changes.
Document completed work accurately.
Maintain company‑owned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issues.
Guard and manage building keys for customer sites.
Communicate with customers, representatives, contractors, and Kastle staff during installation and testing.
Stay current on Kastle services, technology, and internal processes.
Follow i2G installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures.
